The AK Jazz Workshop Faculty Jazz Quintet will feature a fresh new collection of original songs by band members John Damberg, Mark Manners, and Rick Zelinsky. The songs include an eclectic mix of New Orleans funk, swing, Brazilian Bossa Nova and Samba, upbeat Trinidadian Soca-Calypso, and straight-ahead Blues and Jazz. The quintet features John Damberg-vibes, Rick Zelinsky-saxophones, Mark Manners-guitar, Bob Andrews-bass, and Eiden Pospisil-drum set.
Admission: Free. This is a family friendly outdoor concert. Please bring your whole family and friends. Also bring a folding chair to sit on.
